How much do you charge?
... a short question that results in a longer answer! Firstly, De Leon Associates exists to sell businesses - so the majority of chargeable fees are focused as "success fees", i.e. we receive a small percentage of the overall consideration agreed in a sale (therefore no sale means no success fees). We will probably charge some initial contract fees based upon identifiable "deliverables" such as a completed and produced Information Memorandum or a researched list of potential prospects.
How do you value my business?
De Leon Associates aims to give a realistic valuation that can be used to enable the vendor to make an informed decision about whether or not to sell and to plan his/her financial affairs post sale. We will not undertake the sale of a business unless we are satisfied that the vendor’s expectations of value are aligned with our own. The same honesty and integrity will be applied in all of our dealings with our client throughout the process.
How do I know that De Leon Associates are the right Advisers for me?
