De Leon Associates only works on behalf of companies that it truly believes it can sell!
We do not expect to have more than 4 clients in the sale process at any one time and we hope, and endeavour, to sell every one of them.
This is very different to the approach of some the larger M & A companies offering their services in this sector. Frankly, if you are willing to pay them their fees, then they will happily sign you up! For them it’s just a “numbers game”. If they sign up enough customers then a small percentage of them will sell.
We will need to work very closely and intensely together (at times), so it is hugely important that you feel comfortable with us – and we feel comfortable with you - and the “chemistry” is a very important part of the business relationship.

There are many potential routes to the sale of a business. There are probably companies that you can name that might be interested in an acquisition. There are probably many other potential buyers that you do not know. Maybe they currently operate in another sector and are looking to acquire in yours?
